A device for checking heart inner wall (100) comprises a heart inner wall checking tool (1) and a shaft-shaped imaging tool (5) that is capable of being inserted into the heart inner wall checking tool (1). The heart inner wall checking tool (1) comprises a tubular main body (2) and an expandable balloon (3) that is provided on a distal end of the tubular main body (2). The heart inner wall checking tool (1) also comprises a liquid injection port (42) for injecting an expansion liquid into the balloon (3) and an imaging tool port (43) for inserting the shaft-shaped imaging tool (5) with which a rear side area can be checked. The balloon (3) has transparency which enables imaging of the outside of the balloon (3) with an area image sensor (51) and includes a balloon rear part (32) which is capable of coming into close contact with the heart inner wall during expansion. The balloon rear part (32) includes a liquid exudable part (33) which exudes the expansion liquid and supplies the expansion liquid between the balloon rear part (32) and heart inner wall (12). |
