The device (1) has holding elements (2) e.g. metal plates, guidable by guide elements (3). Multiple lines (5) are arranged between the holding elements. The holding elements that are adjacent to each other, are detachably connected with each other by spring elements (6) i.e. spring clips. The holding elements form a layer together with the lines. One of the holding elements is fixed at the guide elements by a fixing element (4). The guide elements are formed by a threaded rod. The fixing element is formed by a screw nut, which is screwed on the threaded rod. An independent claim is also included for a holding element.
