The arrangement (1) has an interchangeable air filter (7) arranged in an air cleaner housing (2). A connecting pipe (9) with a terminal portion (12) is projected into the air cleaner housing and a sealing gasket. The sealing gasket is constructed with the terminal portion in a circumferential direction and engaged around a sleeve of the gasket. The sealing gasket is provided with a radial projection for holding the sleeve of the sealing gasket in the air filter housing. The connecting pipe is jointly engaged with a seal retainer.
