<p>The device has a drum wheel (2) firmly connected with a shaft wheel (4), so that releasable connection of a lot drum is realized between the shaft wheel and the drum wheel located on the main shaft and disconnection of a clutch wheel (6) with the main shaft are achieved. Two operating devices (8) are provided on the clutch wheel for engaging and disengagement of the clutch wheel. The operating devices are radially arranged on a circumference of the shaft wheel. The operating devices are connected with the clutch wheel via spring systems (10).</p>
