A heat exchanger for a waste heat collecting system is disclosed. The heat exchanger for a waste heat collecting system comprises: a housing which has a hollow continuing long along a central axis line from an exhaust gas inlet to an exhaust gas outlet; a cone pipe which is arranged in the housing in a direction of the central axis line of the housing, and has a first working fluid passage formed therein; an internal tube which is arranged between the cone pipe and the housing, and has a second working fluid passage formed between the housing and the internal tube; a connector which connects the first working fluid passage with the second working fluid passage; and a plurality of gas tubes which is arranged in at least one of the first and second working fluid passages, and allows exhaust gas to flow from the exhaust gas inlet to the exhaust gas outlet. |
