An indirect heating food garbage processor is provided to remove moisture existing in the air of the processor efficiently, and to offer excellent space efficiency comparing to an existing system. An indirect heating food garbage processor(100) includes the followings: a main body part(110) having a cylindrical shape in which a heating unit is installed to heat injected food garbage; a cover part(120) of a vacant cylindrical shape having an exhaust part which discharges the air, and a suction part inhaling the air from the outside; a dehumidifying unit(160) equipped on the inner bottom of the cover part; a drying container(130) receiving the food garbage, and installed at an inner side of the main body part; and a heat transfer member(150) delivering the heat generated in a hating unit. |
