PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple structure and easy-to-install power supply means for a transmitter of a telemeter device at a low cost.SOLUTION: The power supply means includes: a strain gauge 22 attached to a rotary shaft 12; a transmitter 24 that is attached to the rotary shaft 12 and transmits a carrier wave which is modulated with a measurement signal obtained by the strain gauge 22; and a receiver 30 disposed at a stable place in a monitoring chamber etc., which obtains the measurement signal by receiving a carrier wave and demodulating the carrier wave.
