<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably secure safety when performing processing for flammable gas containing equipment by decompressing the inside of a container.SOLUTION: A recovery operation, in which residual gas within flammable gas containing equipment is discharged into a container, is performed in a state in which the inside of the container is decompressed by hermetically sealing the container for recovering flammable gas and the like from the flammable gas containing equipment. In the recovery operation, inactive gas corresponding to the amount of leak of air is supplied to the inside of the decompressed container, and oxygen concentration within the container is kept equal to/lower than limit oxygen concentration.</p> |
