摘要 The present invention discloses a microfluidic photoreaction device and a method for discriminating unicellular organisms in which the photoreaction properties are changed. According to the present invention, unicellular organisms can be effectively used which have been modified on the basis of phototaxis by using the microfluidic system. In addition, monitoring can be done simply at a cellular level, and it is possible to easily or rapidly discriminate mutant strains having changed photoreaction properties and/or photosensitivity through various analyses including a statistical analysis of collected results, and thus the present invention is useful in investigating the mutual relation between the phototaxis and the photoconversion efficiency and discriminating modified unicellular organisms having improved photoconversion efficiency.
