INFORMATION REPORT METHOD FOR DEVICE-TO-DEVICE COMMUNICATION, USER EQUIPMENT, AND BASE STATION

Embodiments of the present invention provide an information report method for device-to-device (D2D) communication, a user equipment, and a base station. The information report method comprises: a user equipment sending indication information using for indicating D2D-only communication, so that a base station learns that a data service of the user equipment is a D2D-only communication service. By means of the embodiment of the present invention, the base station can acquire D2D-only information of the user equipment, and accordingly perform proper configuration on the user equipment, to avoid unnecessary handover or mode selection.
