<p>A dual-switch thermostatic valve comprises a thermostatic valve core (3), a dual-switch valve core (4), a dual-switch rotary knob, a temperature regulating rotary knob, and a valve body. The valve body is formed by a columnar cavity (1) and an outer sleeve (2). Cold and hot water inlets(L, H) and a mixed water outlet (M) are disposed on the outer sleeve (2), and are separately corresponding to cold and hot water inlet areas (L1, H1) and a water outlet area (M1) on the columnar cavity (1). The thermostatic valve core (3) and the dual-switch valve core (4) are fixedly disposed separately at the two ends of an inner cavity body of the columnar cavity (1), and the two valve cores are separately jogged with the thermostatic rotary knob and the dual-switch rotary knob to conduct temperature regulation and conduct switching on and switching off. The columnar cavity (1) can lead cold and hot water entering the outer sleeve (2) into the dual-switch valve core (4), and the cold and hot water are separately led to cold and hot water inlet cavities of the thermostatic valve core (3) after the dual-switch valve core (4) conducts switching on and off and flow regulation. The mixed water is regulated by means of the thermostatic valve core (3), so that the mixed water can outflow in a constant temperature. The dual-switch thermostatic valve solves the problem that when the thermostatic valve is closed, reverse flow and water mixing occur due to uneven pressure of cold water and hot water, and therefore a a one-way valve is not required, and the synchronous and even regulation of the cold water inflow and the hot water inflow is achieved, and the precision of the constant temperature of the thermostatic valve is ensured.</p> |
