<p>The invention relates to devices for the anti-icing treatment of asphalt-covered surfaces such as road surfaces, motorways and objects of road infrastructure, and aims to increase the effectiveness of the anti-icing treatment of road surfaces while improving anti-icing reagent savings and durability of the system. The device for the anti-icing treatment of road and airfield surfaces comprises a container for reagents, and an outward hydraulic line which exits the container via a pump and which branches towards valve cabinets, said line then transitioning into a return hydraulic line which is connected to a pipe layout of a pump station, which in turn is connected to the outward hydraulic line, wherein the valve cabinets are connected by a pipeline to spray nozzles designed to spray a reagent on a stretch of road, wherein the pipeline and the outward and return hydraulic lines are made from a nitrile-based synthetic rubber, and each valve cabinet operationally controls the spray nozzle connected thereto, and also has a dedicated triggering sensor which controls the reagent quantity supplied to each nozzle.</p> |
