The present invention relates to an organometallic compound and an organic light emitting diode including the same. The organic light emitting diode including the organometallic compound has low driving voltage, high current density, excellent color purity and long lifespan, and includes a first electrode; a second electrode oriented to the first electrode; and an organic layer including a light-emitting layer sandwiched between the first and second electrodes. The organic layer includes more than one kind of organometallic compound selected from the first through fourteen terms of the present specification.
