PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving content distribution stability by making a uniform content distribution delay, when implementing a distribution tree for distributing contents.SOLUTION: In a terminal management server 5, distribution tree selection means calculates a distributable number on the basis of the arrival possibility of a user terminal 4 and transmission capacity information, to select a distribution tree to which the user terminal 4 is connected in a manner to make uniform the number of user terminals 4 of the distributable number in each distribution tree. Namely, the distribution tree selection means classifies each user terminal 4 according to the distribution capability thereof, to select the distribution tree so as to make uniform proportion of the user terminal 4 belonging to the same category. This enables uniform proportion of the user terminal 4 belonging to the same category according to the distribution capability between distribution trees, in consideration of both the existence of the user terminal 4, incapable of receiving a connection request from others, and different transmission capacity among each Internet channel of each user terminal 4. |
