PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device capable of making a speed-reduction ratio between an electric motor and an engine differ, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A power transmission device 1 includes: an electric motor 3; an engine; a speed-reducing mechanism 7 disposed in an axial direction between the electric motor 3 and the engine, and decelerating driving force from the electric motor 3 and the engine; and a distributing mechanism 9 to which the driving force decelerated by the speed-reducing mechanism 7 is transmitted. The speed-reducing mechanism 7 has a motor shaft 11 connected to the electric motor 3, an engine shaft 13 disposed in parallel with the motor shaft 11 and connected to the engine, an input shaft 15 disposed in parallel with the engine shaft 13, an output member 17 disposed in parallel with the input shaft 15 and connected to the distributing mechanism 9, a first gear set 19 provided between the motor shaft 11 and the engine shaft 13, a second gear set 21 provided between the engine shaft 13 and the input shaft 15, and a third gear set 23 provided between the input shaft 15 and the output member 17. |
