PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink ribbon unaccompanied, in a case where a feed roller for an impact printer comprises an ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM), the swelling of the roller by the ink of the ink ribbon.SOLUTION: The provided ink ribbon for an impact printer comprises, as a main component of an oil solution within an ink impregnated into the ink ribbon, at least one type selected from among castor oil fatty acid esters, trimellitic acid esters, aluminum-based coupling agents, and sorbitol fatty acid esters. An ink ribbon for an impact printer in which the viscosity of the oil solution at 25°C is 400 mPa s or below is also provided. |
