PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction verification apparatus which allows easy adjustment of a flow rate of a reactant gas to a sample and more accurate verification of a reaction phenomenon by passing the reactant gas through the sample in a state simulated with verification conditions by suppressing temperature changes of the sample.SOLUTION: A reaction verification apparatus comprises: a quartz tube 20 having a passage 21 through which a reactant gas passes; a packed bed 26 which is packed between an upstream wall part 24 and a downstream wall part 25 arranged in the passage 21 of the quartz tube 20 in such a way as to face each other; and a sample dish 27 which holds a sample 90 and is to be mounted on the packed bed 26. In the upstream wall part 24 and the downstream wall part 25, an opening 28 through which the reactant gas flows is provided. The packed bed 26 is composed of a plurality of particles laminated, and the flow rate of the reactant gas which flows through the opening 28 of the upstream wall part 24 and flows in the sample dish 27 is adjustable owing to variability of the height of the packed bed 26. |
