PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type heating device capable of preventing a heating target fluid from being frosted at low temperature time while suppressing an operation cost increase.SOLUTION: A heat pump type water heater 10 includes: a water heat exchanger 32 installed outdoors, and heating water by making heat exchange between refrigerant introduced from a refrigeration circuit 21 constituting a heat pump cycle and the water; a heat storage material 41 provided to cover the water heat exchanger 32; and a heat-storage refrigerant pipe 66 that is provided to contact the heat storage material 41, and in which the refrigerant flows. The heat storage material 41 is provided in a state of non-contact with the water heat exchanger 32, and stores heat by heat emitted from the refrigerant flowing in the heat storage refrigerant pipe 66. |
