PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting unit which can be stably fitted.SOLUTION: There is provided a lighting unit (30) which is mounted on an upper frame (11) of an opening part device (1) disposed at an opening part of a building, the lighting unit having a frame material (31) for lighting in which a light source (34) is included and a connection member (40) interposed so as to fit the frame material for lighting to the upper frame. The frame material for lighting and the connection member each have two connection regions which are provided at upper and lower parts and upper connection regions (31f, 40c) each between the two connection regions are connected so that a hooked piece is locked, and lower connection regions (31g, 40d) are connected by being fixed with a fixing member (43).
