PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic control device with improved heat radiation performance.SOLUTION: A metal base 3 supports a printed circuit board 2 provided with a through via 6. An IC1 that is a heating element is mounted on a position in the wiring board 2 where the through via 6 is provided. A heat radiation member 8 is mounted on a position in the wiring board 2 where the through via 6 is provided. The heat radiation member 8 has a protruding shape protruding toward the metal base 3, is inserted into a recessed part of an irregular part provided at the metal base 3, and faces the metal base 3. A heat radiation material 7 fills a space between opposing surfaces of the protruding part of the heat radiation member and the recessed part of the metal base 3 and allows the heat radiation member 8 to thermally contact with the metal base 3.
