The present invention relates to a high-temperature FGR ultra-low NOX combustor using the Coanda effect, and more specifically relates to a high-temperature FGR ultra-low NOx combustor using the Coanda effect, wherein a combustion gas produced in a combustion chamber is made to circulate and is mixed with an airstream before flowing back into the combustion chamber in the form of a mixed gas, and in this way an object to be combusted or the airstream is heated to the ignition temperature of an object to be ignited within a short time and, at the same time, the oxygen concentration is diluted such that the discharged volume of NOx and carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide can be reduced, and the invention is adapted to have a structure incorporating an air supply unit and a Coanda nozzle using the Coanda effect, and is adapted to have a structure whereby high-temperature combustion gas is entrained in secondary fashion via the periphery of the Coanda nozzle and air is entrained in secondary fashion from one side of the Coanda nozzle as well, so as to allow an adequate high-temperature combustion gas intake volume for mixing of the airstream and the combustion gas and, at the same time, to allow the structure of the combustion chamber to be made on a smaller scale than hitherto such that there is a major cost-saving advantage also in terms of factors including installation area and not least production costs. |
