<p>A method of controlling a mobile device in a coverage zone, including, attracting the mobile device to form a connection to receive communication services by a managed access base station that presents itself as a base station for the coverage zone, receiving identification, informations' from the mobile device at the managed access base station, determining if a policy client is installed on the mobile device to control use and access of resources of the mobile device, authenticating that the policy client is active on the mobile device, responsive to the authenticating enabling or preventing mobile communication services for the mobile device.</p> |
