<p>A tracheal dilator system and method of manufacture are provided, suitable for dilating a passageway into a patient airway. In one embodiment, a medical system having a tracheal dilator is provided. The tracheal dilator includes a first plurality of openings and a guide lumen configured to provide a pathway for the insertion of a guide wire during use of the tracheal dilator. The tracheal dilator further includes a first flow lumen configured to fluidly couple the first plurality of openings to a medical device, wherein the medical device is configured to provide a suctioning force through the first plurality of openings during use of the tracheal dilator.</p> |
