PURPOSE: A powder processing apparatus, and a method thereof are provided to miniaturizing powder including organic compounds by dry-heating and dry-cooling. CONSTITUTION: A powder processing apparatus comprises the following: a flow path forming unit(100) supplying a flow route for powder; a dry-heating unit(200) dry-heating the falling powder by being supplied to the flow path forming unit; and a dry-cooling unit(300) dry-cooling the falling powder by being supplied to the flow path forming unit. |
