PURPOSE: A composition for constipation improvement and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate digestion and absorption and to show drastic effects on stercoral removal and constipation resolve. CONSTITUTION: A health supplement composition for constipation improvement comprises 20-40 parts by weight of basic raw materials, 20-45 parts by weight of germinated brown rice and 20-35 parts by weight of rice bran. The basic raw material comprises 20-30 parts by weight of condiments, 45-55 parts by weight of ricinus communis leaves, 10-30 part by weight of red lettuces, 5-15 parts by weight of adlays and 45-55 parts by weigh of thistles. The composition additionally includes one selected from a group consisting of phellinus linteus hypha cultivation unpolished rice, crataegus pinnatifida bunge var. typical Schneider, and dandelion. The composition is manufactured by additionally inoculating lactobacillus and fermenting. The fermentation is performed at 32-38 deg. Celsius for 7-9 days under an anaerobic condition. |
