<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric-vehicle control device that allows reducing inspection and repair work of ground-fault detection means and shortening an inspection and repair period.SOLUTION: An electric-vehicle control device is composed of a converter, a transformer, a high-speed circuit breaker, an inverter, and a motor. The electric-vehicle control device includes: a current detector connected at a neutral point of a filter capacitor; ground-fault detection means for outputting a ground-fault detection signal when a current value detected by the current detector is more than or equal to a predetermined value; a control section for performing control of the converter and the inverter; an inspection and repair circuit provided on a primary side of the current detector and capable of passing a current for an inspection and repair; inspection and repair determination means for causing the inspection and repair circuit to operate at a predetermined timing and determining whether the ground-fault detection means operates normally by passing the current for an inspection and repair to the current detector.</p> |
