In an image acquisition device (M), due to an optical path difference generating member (21) being disposed on a second optical path (L2), in a second imaging device (20), an amount of light is suppressed when capturing an optical image (front pin) focused in front of an optical image that is incident on a first imaging device (18), and an optical image (rear pin) focused behind the optical image that is incident on the first imaging device (18), and the amount of light can be ensured when captured by the first imaging device (18). Furthermore, in the image acquisition device (M), the interval between the front pin and the rear pin can be easily adjusted by changing at least one of the position of a first imaging area (22A) and the position of a second imaging area (22B) on an imaging surface (20a). Thus, the focal position of a sample (S) can be detected with high precision. |
