The present technology pertains to an information-processing device, an information-processing method, and a program for enabling a user to become aware that there is an inoperable area. An information-processing device in one aspect of the present technology is provided with: a display unit for displaying a screen including an operation object which is an object to be operated on by touch; a first detection unit for detecting a body on the display unit; a second detection unit for detecting, on the basis of the result of detection by the first detection unit, an inoperable area out of the display area of the screen, that is, an area in which operation by use of the operation object cannot be performed; and an alteration processing unit for altering a screen configuration on the basis of priority which is set for each operation object and causing the operation object to be displayed in an operable area outside the inoperable area. The present technology can be applied to an apparatus having a touch panel as an input device. |
