Embodiments of the present invention provide a PDSCH transmission method and device. The method comprises: detecting a downlink control channel for scheduling a PDSCH; determining a resource allocation scheme of the PDSCH according to a downlink control information (DCI) format of the downlink control channel for scheduling the PDSCH and an attribute of a carrier for bearing the PDSCH; and decoding the PDSCH according to the resource allocation scheme of the PDSCH and a transmission scheme of the PDSCH. The embodiments of the present invention provide an effective solution for PDSCH transmission.
