The temperature sensor unit (10) has a lead portion that is led to a measuring element and sensor housing. The sensor housing is provided with an elongated module region, such that the measuring element is fixed opposite to the sensor housing. The sensor housing is provided with a flange serving as stop portion, so as to limit the intended insertion of temperature sensor unit into an aperture formed in housing (14) of an electromotor (16). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) an arrangement of temperature sensor unit for electromotor; and (2) a method for determining temperature of end winding of electromotor.
