The element (1) has single wires (3) connected with one another through coupling portions (4) in a fluid-transmitting manner. A filter element is arranged on an inner jacket surface at the single wires. The filter element is inserted in a region of the single wires that are subsequent to the coupling portions. The filter element forms a press fit between an outer jacket surface and the inner jacket surface of the single wires. The filter element comprises a fuse element that is formed on sides of the single wires to form a closure together.
