The present invention relates to a dry finishing construction structure around new road facilities and a replacement method of road facilities such as construction joints, trenches, manholes, and the like by preferably using the same which can exclude a wet process of concrete post-placement by preparing and installing dry type road finishing plates. According to the present invention, a dry finishing construction structure around road facilities comprises, in a road composed of a road base layer and a road finishing on the road base layer, a road facility which is fixed on the road base layer to protrude over the road base layer; and a road finishing plate which is a road finishing material with a combining hole based on a dry material and is fixed on the road base layer around the road facility. The road finishing plate is attached on adhesive mortar applied on the road base layer in a pushed state, and combined to be fixed to road base layer by filling the combining hole with the adhesive mortar. Otherwise, the road finishing plate is combined to be fixed to the road base layer by fastening a female screw part protruding from or buried in the road base layer with the combining hole using a combining bolt. |
