PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing technique which can economically and efficiently reduce an amount of elution of fluorine, boron, arsenic and selenium that are a harmful substance in waste containing lime components, to a level equal to or less than the environmental quality standards for soil.SOLUTION: This invention provides an agent for preventing elution of fluorine, boron, arsenic, selenium and hexavalent chromium from waste containing lime components, the agent containing calcium aluminate, aluminum sulfate, and alkali metal phosphate. A method for preventing elution using the agent is also disclosed. |
