PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control apparatus which properly detects a charging state of a battery with characteristic change, and a power supply model update method, a program, and a medium.SOLUTION: A power supply control apparatus 1 includes: measurement means 3a which measures an open end voltage OCV of a battery 2 of a vehicle; storage means 3b which stores a map showing a relation between the open end voltage OCV and a charging rate SOC; determination means 4a which determines whether a cause of characteristic change of the battery 2 has occurred or not; and control means 4b which controls charging the battery 2. When the determination of the determination means 4a is affirmative, the control means 4b charges the battery 2 when the vehicle is parked. The measurement means 3a measures or estimates a first open end voltage OCVa which is the open end voltage OCV to be obtained when the charging rate SOC of the battery 2 is full state. Correction means 4c is provided for correcting the map by use of the first open end voltage OCVa. |
