PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, although using a fan in combination with heating has high energy-saving effect, especially, high energy-saving effect when blowing wind of the fan straight up, a blower part of a normal fan cannot be oriented to face straight up, which forms a space where heated air and cooled air are insufficiently stirred, and causes crossing of a direction in which the cooled air is blowed and a movement line of a person, even in consideration that there is a technique laying down the fan horizontally so as to blow wind straight up, which produces unstable state and not good appearance.SOLUTION: A fan is inclined about a part of a base of the fan as a supporting point until blowing direction of wind becomes straight up. By a retainer for maintaining the above state safely, stability and appearance of the fan are improved. |
