PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve the quality of an extruded belt-like member B (unvulcanized rubber M) while improving work efficiency.SOLUTION: Since the unvulcanized rubber M, the temperature of which is raised by warming, is transferred to a convergence zone 34 by four transfer means as four streams, the four streams of the unvulcanized rubber are stuck tightly to one another to form the belt-like member B, and the formed belt-like member B is extruded from an extrusion port 36, a shortage of warming is not caused in any of the four streams of the unvulcanized rubber M and consequently the quality of the extruded belt-like member B can easily be improved. Moreover, since the four transfer means are connected respectively to 4 places of the side faces, which are parted from one another by 90 degrees, of a head 12, a mutual interval of the adjacent warming means for warming the unvulcanized rubber M can be made longer and such a situation can easily be inhibited that the warming means interfere with one another. |
