PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuations in a radio output due to an ambient temperature.SOLUTION: A temperature of a millimetric wave module 20 is measured by a temperature sensor 22, and an optimum voltage condition is automatically set according to a temperature measured by a power circuit 33. Accordingly, degradation in the amplification characteristic of the millimetric wave module 20 due to a change in an ambient temperature can be suppressed. In addition to adjustment of a voltage for gain adjustment by the power circuit 33, when a temperature measured by the temperature sensor 22 exceeds a predetermined threshold value Tu or falls below a predetermined threshold value Tl, a fan 40 is controlled and wind or warm air is applied to the millimetric wave module 20 to adjust a temperature of the millimetric wave module 20.
