PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo compressor with high reliability.SOLUTION: A turbo compressor 10A according to this disclosure comprises: an impeller 12; a stationary wall 2 provided on a back face side of the impeller 12 and forming a back face flow passage 17 in which some of gas pressurized by the impeller 12 flows between the back face of the impeller 12 and itself; an inlet orifice 13 formed at a position relatively away from a rotation shaft A of the impeller 12 and introducing the gas to the back face flow passage 17; an outlet orifice 14 formed at a position near the rotation shaft A of the impeller 12 and discharging the gas to the outside of the back face flow passage 17; and a disturbance structure 20 provided on the stationary wall 2 and disturbing liquid generated by liquefying the gas from being introduced to the outlet orifice 14. |
