PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body which has sufficient adhesiveness between a sealant layer and a barrier layer even though polypropylene is used as a sealant resin and the sealant layer is formed by laminating the sealant resin through an extrusion lamination method, and also has superior resistance to contents, and to provide a method for inexpensively and stably manufacturing the laminated body.SOLUTION: The laminated body comprises a substrate containing aluminum, an adhesion layer and a sealant layer containing polypropylene, which are laminated in this order. The adhesion layer contains a polyolefin resin which contains a propylene component (A) and an olefin component (B) other than the propylene component, as an olefin component so that a mass ratio (A/B) becomes in a range of 60/40-95/5, also contains 0.1-15 pts.mass of an unsaturated carboxylic acid unit with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total amount of the olefin component (A+B), and has a weight-average molecular weight of 15,000-120,000. The suitable manufacturing method of the same is also disclosed. |
