Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for processing a logical channel in device-to-device (D2D) communication, a user equipment, and a base station. The method comprises: a user equipment determining whether a data radio bearer is configured/activated/enabled for D2D communication (401); and performing independent logical channel priority and data multiplexing processing on a corresponding logical channel of the data radio bearer that is configured/activated/enabled for D2D communication (402). By means of the embodiments of the present invention, even if the data radio bearer for D2D communication exists, a medium access control (MAC) layer of a user equipment can accurately process communication data.
