<p>The invention relates to a device (1) for perforating a film (4) adhered with an adhesive (2) to a backing material (3), the device comprising: transport means; first pressing means (7A, 7B) for pressing the film and the backing material together; second pressing means (9A, 9B) for pressing the film and the backing material together, which second pressing means are disposed downstream of the first means; gas supply means(10A, 10B) for supplying a gas between the backing material and the film with adhesive in an area between the first and second pressing means such that the film with adhesive and the backing material separate from each other; sealing means (10A, 10B) for sealing the transverse end zones of the mutually separated film and backing material; and perforating means (12) for perforating the film with adhesive, which perforating means are disposed between the first and second pressing means.
