A method of attaching a tag on sea cucumbers of the present invention is to attach a tag by passing through the outer layer of the sea cucumbers and penetrating through an intermediate membrane, and because the membranes of the sea cucumbers are tough, the tags have excellent tag-adhesive properties; and when attaching the tag, it is confirmed that there is no problem in the survival and growth of the sea cucumbers. Therefore, the method of attaching a tag on sea cucumbers of the present invention can be used when trying to distinguish between wild sea cucumbers and released sea cucumbers.
