An overloaded vehicle control system and a method thereof are provided. The present invention includes: at least one vehicle which performs WAVE communications; and an overloaded vehicle control device which performs WAVE communications with the at least one vehicle, requests vehicle information from the at least one vehicle, obtains vehicle specification information by analyzing the received vehicle information when the vehicle information is received from the at least one vehicle, determines whether or not the at least one vehicle exceeds its capacity and is properly loaded using the obtained vehicle specification information, and transmits an overloaded vehicle control determination result to each vehicle. |
