PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the setting value of a bandwidth in each of a plurality of communication channels.SOLUTION: A communication section (2-6) performs communication with each terminal (10) through a communication channel allocated to an organization to which the terminal (10) belongs, among three communication channels. The setting value of a bandwidth in each communication channel is stored in a bandwidth DB (2-5), and communication through each communication channel is controlled by a communication control section (2-8) on the basis of the setting value of the bandwidth. In a communication management system (2), each setting value is optimized, on the basis of temporal transition of a communication traffic amount in each organization, a feature amount on the communication traffic amount is acquired for each communication channel, and a setting section (2-4) sets the setting value of the bandwidth in each communication channel, on the basis of whether or not the feature amount acquired for the communication channel satisfies conditions specific to the communication channel. |
