PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface installation-type guide plate that is robust against wear and pressure and that can bear even long-term use.SOLUTION: A plurality of pin insertion holes, which are provided in such a manner as to penetrate from a back side in an area surrounded by a peripheral wall of a base plate, are provided in the tray-like base plate having a front side surrounded by the peripheral wall, and trample-down prevention pins 0103, which are inserted through the pin insertion holes, respectively, are protruded. A layer of a luminous fluorescent substance 0102, the uppermost surface of which is positioned lower than a crest part of the trample-down prevention pin 0103, and a protective layer, which is arranged in the upper layer of the layer of the luminous fluorescent substance 0102 and the uppermost layer of which is positioned lower than the crest part of the trample-down prevention pin 0103, are provided in the area surrounded by the peripheral wall. |
