<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading device capable of improving image reading performance.SOLUTION: An image reading device comprises a detection electrode 7, a pre-charge control switch 6, a coupling capacitor 8, comparator circuits 15, 16, 17, 18, an amplifying element 9, and a reading switch 12. A comparator circuit has an input terminal which is connected to the detection electrode 7 and is given detection voltage as voltage of the detection electrode, and an output terminal which outputs the internally amplified detection voltage.</p> |
