a monitoring device used to monitor data from a patient; a dispensing device having the capability of performing actions on a patient; a medical digital assistant enabled to receive data from the monitoring device and the dispensing device; wherein the medical digital assistant is enabled to coordinate data retrieval, storage, communication, processing, analysis, and reporting; wherein the medical digital assistant is enabled to direct the monitoring device to acquire data and direct the dispensing device to perform an action; and wherein the data monitored includes monitoring blood pressure, monitoring activity levels, monitoring oxygen levels, monitoring weight, and monitoring EKG. |
