Two input ports (72c, 72d) via which discharge pressure from an electromagnetic pump is inputted are formed in a sleeve (72). A drain port (72f) that is connected to a drain oil passage is formed in said sleeve (72), such that the area of said drain port (72f) is less than that of one of the input ports (72c) and an output port (72e) that is connected to a C1 oil passage, at the same axial position as the other input port (72d) (a sliding surface against which a second land (74b) can slide is formed at the same axial position as said other input port (72d) and the drain port (72f)). The axial length of the second land (74b) is set such that the second land (74b) can close one input port (72c) when a signal pressure is greater than or equal to a set pressure and close the other input port (72d) and the drain port (72f) when said signal pressure is less than said set pressure.
