The method involves providing a plastic construction part e.g. interior part of motor vehicle, that is arranged with a set of ferromagnetic particles. A part of a surface of the plastic construction part is painted with a paint. The part of the painted plastic construction part is partly heated based on water or a set of solvents based on a determined object temperature. The paint of the painted construction part is cured by induction process over a certain period (t) with constant object temperature (T). A film (5) is attached on a set of regions of the plastic construction part. An independent claim is also included for a kiln.
