The unit has an air vent (5) pivotally arranged with a ball-and-socket joint pan (13a) under a ball-and-socket joint (13). An air stream channel (4) is arranged in a ball-and-socket joint head (13b). Holding webs (14) are arranged to an air-inflow-side of a wall (15) of the air stream channel in an air duct. The holding webs are integrally formed together with the ball joint head and the ball-and-socket joint pan. A handle of the air vent is rotatably secured at a hub (10), which is operatively connected with air guide elements (19) that are arranged at the outlet unit.
